QR CODE DOCUMENTATION FOR ENGLISH YEAR 1

Hi teachers,

School will be opened in another two weeks, how's your preparation?

I dont do much as I will be teaching the same year next year, Year 1.

Therefore, here i m sharing the QR Code that i do for all the documentation. Newly add, Civic Specification.

Thanks to Siti Design who design the background. I kept the background in my laptop for several years already.

Thanks to the creator for Yearly SOW which i took last year. I apologize for not mentioning her name here as it was a year ago. I couldn't remember who shared. Anyway, I edited for coming 2020 including the civic education in the yearly SOW.

for yearly SOW, actually i m not finalize them yet, as i m going to insert the topic for civic education. But as I m sharing the QR Code for you, let me share the yearly SOW too so that you can finalize yours too. Of course the topics for civic education are differ from each of us depending of your school activities.

 ASSESSMENT RECORD is made in Google sheets with conditional formatting and the best thing is you can insert the pupils pictures. No worry about printing the record, having used them online is better and easier.

REKOD PERKEMBANGAN MURID TMK TAHUN 5 DAN 6 KSSR

TEKNOLOGI MAKLUMAT DAN KOMUNIKASI pada tahun 2020 hanya dipelajari oleh murid tahun 5 dan 6 sahaja.

Saya masih menggunakan kaedah perekodan online yang sama seperti sejarah, bahasa arab dan lain-lain, iaitu checkboxes, conditional formatting dan gambar murid. Perekodan ini ada 6 pentaksiran bagi setiap standard kandungan. Tab boleh duplicate bila-bila masa sahaja. Tutorial disediakan pada rekod.

REKOD PERKEMBANGAN MURID RBT TAHUN 4 KSSR SEMAKAN, TAHUN 5,6 KSSR

Bagi tahun 4 kssr semakan yang akan bermula pada tahun 2020, DSKP  subjek Reka Bentuk Teknologi telah pun berada di laman web BPK. Maka saya berpeluang membaca serba sedikit silibusnya. Subjek TMK telah dijumudkan ke dalam Subjek RBT. Murid akan mula belajar pengaturcaraan tahun depan. Menarik bukan?

Jika cikgu berminat dengan rekod perkembangan murid rekaan saya dengan fungsi online, conditional formatting, checkboxes dan link DSKP, boleh muatturun di bawah ya.

Caranya, copy link di bawah, paste pada omnibox google chrome, tekan Enter. Pilih Make A Copy. Ia akan disimpan dalam Drive email yang aktif.

CONTOH. Ada 6 pentaksiran yang boleh dibuat bagi setiap standard kandungan. Ianya mudah dibuat kepada dua salinan dengan cara duplicate tab. Dengan cara itu, modul 2 dan seterusnya boleh dibuat. Baca langkah pada tutorial.

REKOD PERKEMBANGAN MURID SEJARAH TAHUN 4 KSSR SEMAKAN , TAHUN 5,6 KSSR

REKOD PERKEMBANGAN MURID (RPM) SEJARAH  kali ini direka dengan beberapa fungsi terbaru yang ada dalam google sheets seperti:

1. gambar murid (optional, jika bermasalah untuk mengingati murid, digalakkan meletakkan gambar)
2. conditional formatting, sel akan berubah warna mengikut Tahap Penguasaan yang dimasukkan.
3. Checkboxes untuk memudahkan pengisian data TP
4. direka menepati format pentaksiran formatif dan sumatif (6 pentaksiran disediakan bagi setiap tajuk)
5. Bagi tahun 4, kssr semakan, tab kajian kes disediakan untuk perekodan pentaksiran secara kajian kes.
6. sel hasil kerja murid disediakan pada RPM tahun 4.
7. Link DSKP setiap tahun diletakkan pada RPM untuk memudahkan rujukan.

contoh:

Memandangkan RPM ini disediakan untuk diakses menggunakan hp, digalakkan cikgu memuatturun Apps Google Sheet bagi mengisi data dengan mudah.

GRAF PELAPORAN KESELURUHAN, ANALISA DAN JUSTIFIKASI PBD TAHUN 1,2,3,4,5,6 kssr semakan

Sejak menyiapkan pelaporan untuk sekolah sendiri, terus terlupa untuk berkongsi dengan semua.

Harap belum terlambat untuk berkongsi analisa PBD tahap 1 yang telah ditambahbaik dengan fungsi automatik. Hanya copy paste nama dan TP murid bagi tiga kelas (terhad tiga sahaja dengan maksimum 35 orang murid), data akan dijana secara automatik.

Cikgu boleh lah jenguk kat link yang diberi tu. Google Sheets. Saya buat formula untuk semua matapelajaran SK dan SJK. Akan tetapi, justifikasi terhad kepada 5 subjek eperti gambar di bawah.

Analisa terdiri daripada data seperti gambar di bawah dan juga graf pelaporan. Graf sama seperti keluaran BPK kerana analisa ini diedit pada template BPK.

CIVIC EDUCATION CORE VALUE MUTUAL RESPECT- 3R PRACTICES

Hope this materials help you in nurturing 3R practices in the class. Actually, not much materials I did, as I prefer using realia. For the action, pick some unwanted stuffs in your house and bring them to school. I pile them in three bags. The things namely, old newspapers, plastic bag, plastic bottle, straw, old clothes, socks, shoes, glass bottle, and so on. Anything you want to test your pupils view about 3R.

Credits to Youtuber Smart Learning for All for the video they uploaded in you tube. I was keen on the video as it is created in cartoon version which my pupils would love too.

Read the Lesson plan first before proceeding the materials. Hope they are beneficial for you and your pupils.
