Part two posting is about how to display your transit record so that it can be easily checked either by you or your boss. (GB, NAZIR, PPD)


Let's see how to display your transit record. It will be automatically update by the Google Sheets. so, don't worry if you had fill in just a few seconds earlier. That's the power of internet. Fast but not furious.. hihihi.. Just kidding!

Tutorial to display the e transit record in your record book

The method utilize the QR Code.

1.Paste the shareable link in any free QR Code Generator.
2 Get the QR Code image and printed them.
3. Put them in the record file or your record book.

you should share the link in your Telegram Private Group too. Easy to access.

Design your own PBD transit form- Without using the template

Please remember  the steps:

1. Create the  form using Google Form for each skills (writing, listening, reading and speaking)
2. Link the form with the Google Sheets (make sure it is in the same sheets, choose existing sheets)
3. Copy the prefilled link for Google Form and paste in the Private Telegram Group
4. Copy the Google Sheets link in the private Telegram Group too.
5. Make QR Code for the link and paste in your record book.
