E TRANSIT FORM-REKABENTUK DAN TEKNOLOGI TAHUN 5 versi gambar

Assalammualaikum dan hai semua.

Sekali lagi saya berpeluang edit e transit form versi gambar bagi subjek RBT tahun 5. Jika tahun 4, dan 6 ingin menggunakannya, cikgu boleh rujuk panduan dalam link. Hanya tukar tajuk dan standard pembelajaran saja.

Google Sheets boleh digunakan online dan offline. Boleh off internet, tetapi perlu on internet semula untuk simpan data dalam drive.

Saya memilih Google Sheets, sebagai medium kerana senang ambil gambar dan boleh letak gambar hasil kerja murid juga. Sesuai e transit form ini bagi subjek yang banyak hasil kerja murid dan masa mengajar yang sedikit.

Cara nak dapatkan link,

Copy link di bawah, paste dalam chrome tab. Tekan enter. Make a copy. Sekarang sheets itu milik cikgu. Boleh edit tajuk file dan baca panduan.

Cikgu perlu buat beberapa editan sebelum boleh menggunakan borang e transit ini.

Di sini saya kongsikan e transit form Bahasa Arab tahun 2. sebelum ini saya kongsikan bahasa arab tahun 1, menggunakan google form.

Kali ini, menggunakan sepenuhnya google sheets dan boleh letak wajah murid pada nama. Jadi mudah untuk cikgu mengecam dan mengingati murid.

E transit Form Pendidikan Kesenian (Seni) Tahun 1 versi gambar

Assalammualaikum dan selamat sejahtera.

Alhamdulillah hari ni saya mendapat ilham untuk membuat e transit form versi gambar.

Saya menggunakan sepenuhnya Google Sheets, walaupun sebenarnya saya suka Google Form. hehehehe..

Google Sheets, boleh insert picture, jadi senang, membantu guru-guru yang tidak cam murid dan pada masa yang sama boleh juga letakkan gambar hasil kerja murid.

Saya selesai membuat e transit form bagi subjek Pendidikan Kesenian Tahun 1 Subjek Seni.

Oleh itu, cikgu yang berminat boleh lah klik link di bawah ya.

Atau  pun paste link ke dalam chrome tab. Tekan enter. Pilih make a copy.

EASY E TRANSIT FORM BAHASA ARAB TAHUN 1

Assalammualaikum semua.

Ustaz ustazah yang berminat dengan e transit form bahasa arab ini, boleh lah muatturun di link di bawah.

Terlebih dahulu saya terangkan bagaimana transit form ini berfungsi. Ia menggunakan Google Form. Ustaz dan ustazah perlu mengisi form tersebut setiap kali lepas pdp. Jika tidak sempat, boleh catat di buku nota kecil dahulu sebelum memindahkan data ke dalam Google Form.

Google form akan menjana data secara automatik ke Google Sheets. Jadi, borang semakan kita mudah di baca di google sheets. Cara saya menyerahkan borang ini kepada semua guru juga menggunakan medium Google Sheets.

Saya suka Google Form kerana ia memberikan data dalam bentuk carta palang juga. Saya dapat melihat perkembangan murid dengan visual dan bermaklumat. Pemberian Tahap Penguasaan juga jadi lebih mudah dan bersistem.

Baiklah caranya di bawah:

1. Copy paste link di bawah ke dalam chrome tab. Tekan enter.

2. Pilih Make A Copy.

3. Anda akan dibawa ke paparan Google Sheets.

4. Tukar tajuk fail, dan simpan ke dalam folder drive yang mudah diakses.

5. Copy paste nama murid di ruangan nama murid.

6. Buka Google Form dengan cara tekan Form, Edit form dalam tab Kemahiran membaca.

7. Copy paste nama murid di ruangan  TP nama murid pada Google Form tersebut.

8. Ulang langkah bagi tab kemahiran yang lain pula.

9. Copy link untuk pengisian form dengan cara tekan butang SEND pada form.Paste link tersebut di Private Group Telegram. (jika belum ada, perlu buat satu group private untuk kelas)

Langkah untuk berkongsi rekod transit ini dengan diri sendiri ataupun pihak kedua yang ingin memantau PBD:

1. Klik Share pada Google Sheets. (butang berwarna hijau), ambil anyone with the link can view.

2. Buat QR Code bagi Google Sheets dengan layari laman web QR Code generator (ambil yang free, tak perlu daftar). Copy dan paste link di situ.

11. Cetak QR Code tersebut dan letakkan dalam RPH. Siap sedia untuk pemantauan. Diri sendiri boleh buka dengan cara copy paste link tadi ke dalam Private Group Telegram.

Siap!

Ustaz ustazah akan menggunakan sedikit masa untuk mengedit nama murid dan cetak QR Code, tetapi selepas itu, tidak perlu bimbang lagi kerana borang transit ini boleh diakses di telefon pintar sahaja.

Jika ustaz ustazah mengajar tahun 2,3,4,5,6 dan ingin menggunakan borang transit ini, ada tambahan editan. Perlu edit nama murid dan standard pembelajaran mengikut tahun yang diajar. Boleh rujuk DSKP tahun masing-masing.

I have my e transit form, how do I interpret the data to fill in the template pelaporan BPK?

Assalammualaikum and hi teachers.

In this post, I will share my pupils report and how am I going to award Performance Level for them based on the data being filled in.

As you know, the interesting thing which Google Form can offer us is the responses. It can generate the data in the form of bar chart, or pie chart, of course based on the questions we created in the form.

Here's a data from my class for writing skills. Let;s interpret the data here.

By looking at the chart, we can see the learning standards that we already did, and also the learning standards that we have not conducted yet. This results is important when we want to plan a summative asessment or formative assessment.

The bar chart below is showing us the performance level for each pupil. At the bottom of the bar chart are the pupils' name. It's confidential, therefore I'm not showing you the name here.

From the bar chart, we can conclude that Pupil A achieves PL3 in writing. Please refer to DSKP the deskriptors for PL 3 in writing skills.

There were some assessments where he/she got PL4. To decide whether we can award 3 or 4, only the teacher knows better. In my opinion, I will award 3, because I know this pupil better. I'm the teacher. hehehe

. In other lesson, I will encourage the pupil for PL4. from time to time, the pupils will learn better, and this results will improve.

After we decide the PL for each pupils, we can transfer them to the Template pelaporan PBD tahap 1 from the BPK website. Here's I'm sharing with you,  the link. Just hit the link and download the template.

4. create url yang baru.

5. Paste url yang panjang berjela tu.

6. Copy link baru.

How to create the QR CODE

Assalammualaikum and hi.

When I created the Easy E transit Form, the first thing that came out from my mind was how to easily access the google sheet without switching on the laptop. An innovation should be easy and problem solving.

Nowadays, people keep everything in their smart phone. Therefore let's utilize our smartphones to display the form in both paper and electronic ways.

Look at my record book. I prefer using the book rather than the file.

Sorry, blurry QR Code, had to hide them from online. There are already PL data being key in.

When to scan the QR Code?

When I want to look at the transit record, I will scan the QR code using QR code scanner in my smartphone. To submit the form, I can also scan using the scanner, or click the link in the private channel created previously.

My school is one of the Projek Aman school. Therefore, every Monday, we will be visited by the officers in charge. They once observed my PBD activities. These QR Code are beneficial to show that I'm doing my job excellently.

Teachers, if you are wondering:

What will happen if I forgot to bring my smartphone to school? How can I submit the form?

 Piece of cake. Use your laptop. click the link from your telegram private group. or use your school office desktop.

Oh no! My laptop gone! My hp was missing too! Someone stole them yesterday!

The form is automatically saved in your YES drive. So teachers, don't worry about losing your files. Although your laptop malfunction or gone or invisible,  the transit form is saved in the Drive. You can access the YES account from other computer by login ID and password.
If you are not using YES account you can also access your gmail at any laptop or handphone.

How do I print out the E transit Form?

No need to print them out. Saving papers meaning saving trees. GO GREEN.

So teachers.

Follow the steps:

1. Copy the link.  Paste in a new tab of your google chrome. Press enter.

 2. Choose make a copy.

Rename your copied sheets

2.  Rename your new copied sheet.

4. Click form, edit form, and you will see a google form already created for you. Repeat the steps for the other 3 skills, until you get your 4 e transit forms. Please edit your pupils' name and the Learning Standards if you are not teaching Year 1.

To create the E-transit form for other classes, repeat step 1 to 3.

5. After done with the pupils' names and the learning standards, you have to share the link in your special Telegram Private Group. Therefore, you have to create the group.

An innovation for PBD English Lesson- Easy E- Transit Form

Assalamumualaikum and welcome aboard to new viewers.

As the title tells you about E- Transit Form. Yes!

I had heard many teachers felt burden of the e e e websites they had to fill in. Me too actually.

However, this e transit form is different from those e. It helps me a lot in doing my year 1 PBD.
Only at the beginning, to create form, to link the form and to generate the QR CODE for the form brought a headache. I had dip a toe in making this form an easy platform for other teachers to share.

What did I do?

I used the google form to create the questions. It automatically can be linked to the google sheet. The main part is the google sheet. Your transit records for 4 skills are there.

After lesson, I click the google form and fill in the Performance Level for my pupils. The PL will be save at the google sheets aka your transit record.

Before I had the e transit form, I made my own form using excel. I felt so stressful especially when I printed out the doc. It was too small because of many rows and columns. That's not the worst part yet.

The worst part was  to  fill in the excel doc. I had to shrink my handwriting to fit the column. Believe me, it was not fun to do that 4 times a week for three classes and 28 pupils per class.

Google form had ring a bell to me when I had to edit a Learning Walks form given by our Projek Aman mentor, Puan Aiza Zainudin. Thank you so much Puan Aiza.

Starting from there, I explore the google sheets in the you tube and learnt a few tricks. I  designed a template for English Teacher to copy and edit. This E transit form can be used for all English teachers from Year 1 to Year 6. You can just edit the learning standards and the pupils' name.
